Every now and then we learn new things which is helpful to skill up one individual. The employee over here are very helpful and corporative.

Dislikes

Well, there should be 5 days working, and also they should provide the shuttle services from metro to office, ones everything gets normal( post Covid). There should be more profiles so that we can get promotion. Timely increment / appraisal should be there. Sometimes, we need to work 9 to 10 hours due to work pressure.

management is very transparent and they listen their employees very patience full and give resoultion. they treat their employees equally and give extra weightage to female employees which makes the company environment most effective and appreciable. Also the policies are good for its employees.

Everything is wonderful,company supporting everyone in pandemic situation,company hiring new employees and according to skills they place the people in different departments,work culture is good not like other companies abusive culture,management is supportive.teamates are very supportive and TL's are really supportive.
