Hi I am Govind working with Infobeans from last 3 years. Very high transperancy in company between employee and management. I have not found any negative point. Work culture and all employees very good supportive. No politics in company. I am working under @Sapan Jain Great manager. Always encourage us to learn new technology and appreciate work if we are doing good. Overall best company.

Dislikes

I don't find negative point.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Infobeans is great place to work. Culture is very open and transparent. Director manager team lead all people very helpful and friendly in nature. This is my 5th company but I not found such a cool and great culture anywhere. Management takes suggestion from all , not underestimate anyone. Great Great Great culture.

Everything is perfect and great. Management is very supportive.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
