The management is really really bad, especially the HR manager. I have worked at multiple places before and although this field itself is stressful, this organization in particular is the worst experience i have ever had. They say all the good things about themselves like we are employee centric, we focus on good culture etc etc, but they need to understand throwing a party once a year or cricket match isn't called as 'culture', rather its how you treat the employees without them feeling like theyre being tortured....Read More

The company is facing major troubles, but the top management probably doesn't understand this that the only way to fix this is by treating employees well (nothing special, but just treating fairly and not disrespecting at your convenience).
