The usage of office space has been innovative. Breakfast through dinner is served in the cafeteria at a low cost.

Dislikes

Management has ZERO clarity on what to do or what iA wants its employees to do. Managers and directors(graduate from the IIT and IIM) are leaving it within 6 months. iA doesn't expect 9 hours of work, they expect 16-17 hours. Anything below that may call your effectiveness and efficiency into the question rather than your dedicationto your job. Advice to the CEO-give managers and directors time to change things. It can't be done in 6 months. Think about at least 3-5 years. The project will come and go but the talent you get is hard to find with the negative image of iA....Read More
