Infinx is not the place to work and build your career its only for pocket money for those who are done H.S.C. you will not learn anything there you will face toxic environment if u dont meet the target then your pay will be cut without hesitation I worked for 2 years and felt that.

Toxic environment, bias seniors, no incentive and no career growth apportunities your pay will be cut daily if you dont meet the target. 700 to 900 willbe your yearly increment

i work on application. my work is i have to differenciate invoices and make entries in application. basically data entry job we have to fill vendor name, adress, subtotal, total. verigy & correct as well qc operation.

They need us to keep working for 8 hrs straight without any pause and targets are set such that uh need to work 8.5 hours daily. In work from home, there are no reimbursement instead of assurance of reimbursement by them. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
