Job security is zero. Most terrifying thing.if the project you are working on is no more then you will be kicked out of the organisation without any notice

Job security only.

Dislikes

They need us to keep working for 8 hrs straight without any pause and targets are set such that uh need to work 8.5 hours daily. In work from home, there are no reimbursement instead of assurance of reimbursement by them. Low salary, target were said to be reduced bt have to work same as office with no benefits.

Work Details

Poor.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
