The office ambiance and atmosphere are very positive .Everything is systematic and smooth. We also get full ownership of our work .There is no intervention and micromanagement

If you do well, they'll appreciate your efforts and give you proper recognition and rewards. They don't overlook good performance but acknowledge and reward it through appraisals. It's pretty impressive.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.

Good benefit packages, like leaves, medical coverage, and so on, and a supportive work environment is there that has helped me in building a career path. Really, many like these aspects here have helped me grow well here and that's one of the reason I enjoy my work in this company.

The best work place to work and grow, especially if you are just starting out. The environment is motivating and the colleagues are co-operative. i had great exposure and many opportunities to manage projects independently early in my career. There are always new things to learn and explore , making work both enjoyable and interesting

Consistently excessive workload without corresponding support or compensation. Without structured and consistent efforts to actively engage staff, there's a risk of creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and disconnected from the company's goals and culture.

You'll have plenty of chances to grow and develop yourself. The company organises training sessions with both internal and external experts. We work as a team, so no one has to handle all the workload alone. The team leaders are constructive and supportive. They motivate us frequently and offer suggestions to improve our work.

Recognitions are only for those who perform best. If you want a promotion, you need to exceed the expectations.
