Consistently excessive workload without corresponding support or compensation. Without structured and consistent efforts to actively engage staff, there's a risk of creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and disconnected from the company's goals and culture.

I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.

Many employees started leaving on their own because they didn't feel their jobs were secure and the atmosphere wasn't good. The people in charge, especially those in authority and top positions, seem to show favoritism. Even the potential leaders decided to leave because they didn't agree with how things were being done.
