This place has lots of chances foe everyone, but it's important to grab them yourself, especially if you're new. I got nice exposure to the edtech industry and worked on different projects from scratch. The pace of work is fast so you need to work hard to deliver quality results. That is expected. Management is also good and takes efforts to balance learning, working, and having fun. We celebrate all our achievements and regularly have some events or outings planned.

I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.
