Nothing!! Toxic and cheapest work culture I’ve ever seen, people join this company and leave it asap due to this reason and management doesn’t even care as they are filling their pocket only. You can check the reviews of this cheap company on other websites too. Actually management of this company needs to learn management lessons from a good college. No developments in existing products but still they are showing off to their employees (customers have very negative image) that they are best in the market but barely people know about them and their products in the market. Lot of cheap politics also mangers who are sitting in the comfort zone from last 10 years won’t do anything and also they won’t give any chance to freshers but they will show like there are lot of responsibilities on them which is very very fake.
