Company Culture: The company culture is marked by a lack of collaboration and openness. There's a noticeable presence of groupism, particularly among management and senior teams, which makes it difficult to create a cohesive team atmosphere. Achievements and client recognitions often go unnoticed, and communication regarding projects or contributions is limited, negatively affecting morale and the overall sense of belonging within the team. Professional Development: There is limited support for career advancement and professional development opportunities. While an initial training period exists, it often fails to align with industry standards or the demands of real-world projects. Essential components like knowledge transfer, career guidance, and even basic corporate skills such as tax-saving strategies or effective client communication are noticeably absent. Leadership and Management: Transparency in leadership is lacking, and there appears to be little effort to address employee concerns. Suggestions for improvements rarely rise to upper management, and it’s often unclear whether feedback is taken seriously or acted upon. Many decisions are made without clear communication, leaving employees uninformed about company policies and changes. Work-Life Balance and Policies: Work-life balance varies greatly across the organization. Options for remote work are limited and often come with rigid, sometimes unrealistic, conditions. Lower-level employees experience strict time monitoring, including potential salary deductions for minor deviations in hours worked, while senior staff enjoy greater flexibility.
