They provide flexibility with work timing, there is no culture at all, some how there is some amount of job security you can expect. Company management is not proper.

For your growth you need to be good at teaching. The work pressure is very high. They will ask you do various other things apart from your regular work. No weekend off, sometime they ask you to work in Sunday. Salary is very less as compared to other company. Generally they hire their students in very less salary.
