Nothing. Crappiest place, Crappies Founders. They would have a hard time being employed, let alone have employees at their mercy. Brother & sister running it like a neighborhood shop with workers. Surprising how they raised so much money, the top line is lower than a small Kirana outlet and that too with no plan of profitability. Everything. Founders have no knowledge of business, category, industry. A mid size seller of industrial goods anywhere in Delhi has better knowledge and bigger business than IB. The top line is marginal and even that isn't sustainable for the founders. Decisions are random- whether they are business decisions or other decisions. Founders lack trust and patience- 2 key elements of growth. They're extremely insecure of good talent. Company has more than 50% churn every 6 months. Every year the entire team changes more than once. Employees are treated worse than daily wage laborers. & all of this coming from someone with no knowledge, being emotionally unstable and insecure, being extremely incompetent in managing anything (work, people, process)...Read More
