There is no growth at Industrybuying. Some senior-level employees have a rude behavior towards their team members and act as if others are insignificant. Appraisal reviews are hidden by HR or management, and employees only find out their appraisal when they receive their salary. Think before 10 times to apply.

If you're a Fresher and want to learn Skills to add up then definitely you're at the right place. Managers are really helpful in every way and if you want to ping them up anytime for any query then are always present for you.

If you'll do tasks on decided deadline then definitely there will not be any problem but yes if you miss your deadline then there will be pressure on you.
