The tech team was good, quality of work was good.

Bad founders, poor HR policies, you would be asked to complete 9 hrs a day and would be expected to work after that and even on weekends. The manager used to torture a lot. He humiliated on each and every thing one didn't knew technically(no body knows everything, some are new to every tech). No job security, they can fire you whenever the founders wish so in the name of cost cutting. No senior team members. Poor company infrastructure...Read More

The quality of work was good but there was no body who can even do your code review to keep the quality of code. Latest techs are being used. No large scale systems. One will not be able to learn to manage distributed systems

Pricing will do work on it then catalogue will work then QC will work the. Again catalogue will work and then QC approv then catalogue make variant and then again QC will check and in between you will have tofollow up with va category team for details and target is 115 Product nobody is achieving more then 40 and everyday team lead have some chuuul and shout at everyone.
