Everything. Founders have no knowledge of business, category, industry. A mid size seller of industrial goods anywhere in Delhi has better knowledge and bigger business than IB. The top line is marginal and even that isn't sustainable for the founders. Decisions are random- whether they are business decisions or other decisions. Founders lack trust and patience- 2 key elements of growth. They're extremely insecure of good talent. Company has more than 50% churn every 6 months. Every year the entire team changes more than once. There is nothing good at this place, hiring and firing culture, delegation of responsibility os not there, people dont know what to do when to do, and people pass on their jobs to others like its a joke.

Everything is to dislike, company culture is a joke, they dont know what they are doing, for an online platform thats called industry buying, generating all revenue from offline enterprise sales is a joke, and then they sell even tampons to hospitals in the name of industrial tools 😆
