There is nothing to like. If you don't have any job and ready to handle politics and change in policy every month, you are fit for this role.

Lot of Internal Department issue. Lots of politics. They say they want change but not ready to accept any change. If you want to degrade your skill this is the right place. Lot of managers have left the company within 6-12months. They don't care for Fire Persons health or hygiene. The kind of work HR's do, they are getting very lowPay for HR executive's . They have kept the HR department so that the blame can be put on someone for everything. Senior Manager don't support executives and top management never listens to issue, had to deal with politics which affects your mental health. People have left due to politics and mental health. Commercial, Billing, IR and HR has zero % coordination. As soon as you join here you will hear only negative things from people who are working for more than 2-3years. All they do is blame game. Due to this the Fire workers are not given proper attention....Read More
