1. Company culture - Not a hectic schedule daily, food in office, annual gifts (people received Marshall speakers and apple watch) 2. Job Security - don't fire people randomly. 3. On-site opportunity. 4. Good salary and hikes if you perform. 5. Noon timings 2pm-10pm. Good for those who aren't morning birds and mostly sleep late.

1. Engineers doing non-engineering tasks (making data entry etc in products, excel) 2. Company has 2-3 products in outdated tech stacks. No modern tech stack to learn. 3. Noon timings - 2pm-10pm 4. Namesake product organization. Mostly it behaves as service based company.

The people : the most open door company I have heard of. I am experiencing it first hand. Everyone is extremely approachable and IVP cares for their own.
