Good career growth in the organization as well as personal growth. In organization, we treated as a good recognisation to our work. Even though, the superiors encourage our attitude & quality of work life. The superiors are treated us like a buddy, to share our views & thoughts to them.

Dislikes

Only the Timings are dissatisfying at work. Remaining work culture is excellent.

Work culture is great, salary apprasials are good.

Dislikes

Being engineer I don't get enough time for myself and family. Loads of cellphone calling disturbs work-lifr balance sometimes.

Being an field enggineer every day is different and exciting, new things wait for me every morning, there is no fix routine , which makes it more interesting to work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
