I want to say nothing is good about Indus Towers, i faced discrimination to its Onroll and Offroll job policies. The people who is onroll position receives good salary and Allowance and for Offroll u will get only intial 5 year 250-500 increament per year. After this your replacement will be searched and they will force you to left company

No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Training in the company as a fresher and after promoting as a Engineer in July-2016 very helpful for shining carrier. Luck one during College placement.☺️

Personal Time can't be managed and high calls during bad weather conditions. (That's is part of this job because we are enabling communication)
