My supervisor area manager not good, In August month only 2 files i disbursed, His Forcely asking resign. His asking September month 5 files you Disbursed i reject your resignation but he aproved my resignation. He don't give me the time also. My suggestion is this not correct thing.

Sometimes, our committement for customer payment via RTGS late or another customer service is average comparing other companies. So our company implemented such customer services
