The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No job security at all work culture is very poor and bed intention to low experience employee company policies is good but senior manager is worst evil always ready to make resign to junior or fos resign always to impose work pressure on them.

There is a lot of pressure of work given by Bm on daily basis.make do a lot of Hard work instead of smart work senior does not understand the ground level situation no security of job at all etc....
