Great company as far salary and other benefits, system is proper on track, HR helps at certain level.

Dislikes

Favourism, no job stability, no feedback on staffs concern regarded many issues, I would suggest if you are already working with good company dont just switch for better offer specially in mumbaior Maharashtra operations.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. An individual can learn a lot in some specific departments like Procurement, HR, Marketing but the finance profile is worst in this company, some senior people do not want to take responsibilities.

The salary structure of the company is not good, and the location. Increments are not more than 13-15% max if you are doing very good but some individuals are getting good increments because they are type of doing slavery of the senior management.
