"If you work here, there won't be any time for family, and there's no fixed time to attend college. One has to work 12-15 hours daily with no overtime pay. Even being 5-10 minutes late results in a deduction of half-day salary. They assign market work to office staff, often after 5 PM. Your job responsibilities don't align with yourpost, and there's no differentiation in respect between peons and office staff. It was great working there. The chairman is good at work and the teammates were also good.

Dislikes

They create pressure at some point and call the employees on sundays as well and make them work for 12 hours. They dont give proper payment neither on time nor the salary discussed at the time of interview. They also create false statements to the employees. We are not allowed to take holidays also.
