1. Personal growth is limited due to lack of profound mentors 2. Working on Sunday. 6.5 days a week. 10 to 12 hours a day. 3. Quality of work not evaluated but buttering does work 4. Fear of humiliation from seniors and some privileged 'prince'

Canteen's food is not good and location of Plant is remote.

Family culture....but corporate company...owners are very humble and top management is down to earth,listening ideas and always happy to implement and accepting new ideas.

Salary on time, but company will not provide you any payslip or salay Statment. Finally you will get less amount of salary. If you are job less then only you can join, otherwise it's better to avoid the organization.

Dislikes

Poor Management. Unprofessional senior management. Unprofessional, and Unexpreanc senior management operating system. No job security. 1 month leave after complete 11 month, but they never approved leave on time.
