nice place to work. Systems in place are way ahead of times. For example TAT and order fulfillment in full(OTIF) concepts were in practice from 2005. So they were concept creators and also focus on quality in the end product. Quality of the product was considered to be of paramount importance. From early 2000 they were using only battery operated forklifts so as to avoid carbon particle deposition in theie warhouse/assembly line to ensure quality of the finished products. concepts like JIT and stringent Working capital usage were in practice. The raw material requirements scheduling was done in a tight but proper manner and ensured timely availability to ensure non stop and trouble free running of the product line....Read More

Sometimes Cost cutting leading to dissatisfaction. focussing on trivial issues rather than main issues. Cost cutiing in ocean freights and selecting second rated lines instead of leaders in the route sometimes
