I'm very much happy to be a part of Indocosmo Systems. I love the fact that I am a part of a Human Resource team. Company is providing an opportunity to learn Japanese language at free of cost. Company is giving a golden opportunity to travel on-site to Japan. But it is completely based on the technical experience and Japanese language handling. This company is not focusing on the future growth or employee satisfaction. Decisions rely upon some individuals with out any technical knowledge. No recognition for the hard working employees instead they will be criticized. Senior and junior employees left from the company due to this attitude.

To be very frank there are lot of employees joined here as a fresher and learned technologies and become successful software professionals . Organization spend a lot of time and effort to train them to be software professionals .

Being with Indocosmo systems since 2011, I have had a positive experience. Working on foreign projects, mainly Japanese, and with opportunity to work onsite has been a great motivation. Being transferred and working in Tokyo, Japan since the last 5 years, I have had the opportunity to learn more about new technologies, languages and different work cultures.

Starting with a Japanese project, followed by a few other projects, and then transfer to Japan, I have had a great and interesting work experience!

I have worked with supportive team members. This is the only thing I liked at Indocosmo.

Dislikes

Its not an employees friendly organization. All the rules are changed based on the management necessity. Some of the examples are leave policies, notice period, salary calculation at the time of lockdown etc. No job security. No career growth.
