Being with Indocosmo systems since 2011, I have had a positive experience. Working on foreign projects, mainly Japanese, and with opportunity to work onsite has been a great motivation. Being transferred and working in Tokyo, Japan since the last 5 years, I have had the opportunity to learn more about new technologies, languages and different work cultures.

Work Details

Starting with a Japanese project, followed by a few other projects, and then transfer to Japan, I have had a great and interesting work experience!

The company culture is very good. It is the best software company for both freshers and experience developers to develop their skills and future growth.The work is not stress.We can learn japaneese languages and get also good jobs in japan.

There is no negatives in indocosmo systems.The developers can learn more things in thier carrier and life.
