Nothing, May be company close down after COVID19.

Dislikes

They have no money and want to work on dealers amd vendors fund which is not possible in this senerio. Don't have any long term policy and have lost complete trust grom market , dealers and associates and finaciers.It's below bottom of entire industry in all respect.

Work Details

Sales andnbusiness development. Companies past work and policies are the no1 hurdles for development. Can't come out from this ever.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
