I have been working with IFEL for last 6 years it has been a great experience. Management is young energetic and cooperative. The work culture is also good. The company is best platform for learning and developing your skills. The growth for a deserving person is no bar in this company.

Dislikes

Canteen is not that good but if you carry your own food that that will not be a problem.

The job is very intresting dealing with diffrent people all the day enchances my skills moreover it has always been a fun and learning while working with IFEL. I have been closely working with the Management they have extended their full support.

I have been working with IFEL for last 6 years and it has been a good experience working for IFEL. The work culture is good. The Managment is cooperative and growth is not a problem for deserving persons.

In simple words no ESI and CSI. Even for employees satisfaction they does not given clearance to their to same even he/her for job many years.

In simple words they are not running company,they running only Lala company,they does not give clearance to their employee even doing job for many years and finally I have to say that they are only for company profit.Product is so cheap.for any financial loss they deducted their employee amount, even vendors also not so happy for their payment.
