Working with Indo European for last 7.5 years, it is learning experience, though lots of ups and downs came during my tenure but every time, I came out from a difficult situation with positive outcomes. It would not have been possible without the help of my Reporting Head, Mr Deepinder Singh Bawa. The utmost part of working at IndoEuropean is it's management providing in-depth product and skill training which help employees to perform well in their respective roles. I appreciate the knowledge of Mr. Deepinder Singh Bawa(CEO) about European Countries, with his expert guidance and presence in all the departments. The company has been growing and sustained in this industry for the last 18 years. Working with Indo European had been a great experience as you get ample opportunities if you are consistent and self motivated.Had personal experience of working on different roles in different departments.The team members across all branches and head office are cordial and supportive which leads to one’s own personal and organisation growth.

Appreciation is something which is not part of work culture and too much micromanagement at all levels

As a Branch head I must say that the co-workers are quite congenial. There is no discrimination on the work phase. They all give respect to each other and express their own views in a very kind way. There is nothing to say as dislike but it is just a kind suggestion from my point of view that working days either should be five or Saturday should be a half day. Because it is really helpful to get our mind fresh and rejuvenate which will surely lead to get a good growth in business..
