Trust me but there is nothing you can like about this organization. its a piece of absolute frauds and cheating students in the name of counselling. where CEO himself do not understand the word counselling. They never heir a person on hike, they have very heavy incentives which they never give. people working from years have reached to managers position. There are amazing right and left hand of him who knows nothing about education counselling and services but will poke there nose in almost every possible thing. The only thing you get here is Latvia and Lithuania. 55% go to Latvia, 95% go to Latvia. Wow...now lets talk about the weird culture --- Wear black, wear only black else they will deduct your salary. Imagine other branches participate in company parties and small function via zoom. if you are two min late please go in half day as they will deduct your salary of half day. Who keep 50% salary as advance, who can dare ask a new employee ask to purchase a official phone and who can dare to tell you that yahan koi jayda din tikta nahi hain. Who ask you to wash utensils, they dont have plates in office to eat, they give you tea only twice a day. They talk about how you look, how you speak, what you eat, what you wear, what is your routine, with whom they can connect you with I mean everything apart from the work. Now this Joker says bring conversion but will never give you leads for business. His way of talking is pathetic and english is beyond that. Students say to the counsellor that your CEO is highly demotivating and never returns and I dont know why for some reason 3 to 4 people around him tells him he is great counsellor and guess what, he is so Happy about it.
