This is the worst organisation I've ever worked. They don't have any proper department. They'll give you each & every work & says it's in your KRA. HR policies are the worst most dumb HRs I've ever seen. And the owner OMG he's most stupidest person I've ever met. I can't explain in words how dumb he is, there's few people who's working since 10 years every day they abuse him and still don't quit the company. Owner of the company don't have any manners how to talk to a lady, he thinks he's a god but he's a dumb guy. The owner is insane and talks disrespectfully. He believes in hire and fire. The company is involved In Fraudulent activities. He and two female managers are part of it who take care of visa and university admission. They make fake documents of students and charge a lot of money from them to send them Europe specially Lithuania. I strictly recommend don’t join.
