I have been working at indo european full time for more than a year - company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth,both personally and professionally -This is a place you can call home; many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others.

Dislikes

No company is perfect . While we grow, there are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company.it's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions support that.

Working with Indo European had been a great experience as you get ample opportunities if you are consistent and self motivated.Had personal experience of working on different roles in different departments.The team members across all branches and head office are cordial and supportive which leads to one’s own personal and organisation growth.

Dislikes

Appreciation is something which is not part of work culture and too much micromanagement at all levels

Thanks to the company bcoz i learnt many things from here, Salary they give on time which was satisfactory factor.

Feel demotivated, Never get any recognition, Even when the whole world is in crisis nd everyone is trying to help each other in this situation they ask their employees to give resignation nd didn't provide salaries to them. Even when the lockdown is open now they want their employees to work without money as company is not in a situation to pay their employees or if u will be able to give the business only then you will be liable for some part of the salary....Read More
