They are more focused on getting more business and people part is totally ignored to earn more money. Many times I was called by my supervisor after office hours and when I was unable to attend due to personal reasons, I was questioned about my commitment to the role. Even at 11 PM at Night. There are some people in the team who gotpreferential treatment in the team and rest were looked down at and no support was provided to some people.
