Working in indigo feels like you are labourer on wages…lots of work but you get peanuts in hand. There’s a lot of politics you go through the company. Company treats you as if they own your life, they don’t let you enjoy your social life at all. They call you at any moment and ask you to report and also don’t appreciate for extra work.
