Use to be work life culture but not anymore.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is pathetic, you end up working a total of 15hrs a day as you'd have to work post office hours as well. Their humanity level has dropped down so much just to promote their NPS score.

Can't think of anything that can be liked. Starting from the induction to the day I resigned, I haven't been able to find pride in my job in working with one of the leaders in the domestic air travel industry in India.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about Indigo Airlines. The work culture is really toxic. The toxicity flows from the top management to the bottom. There is no focus on training employees and even the higher management does not know what are they upto and what do they want. The management is not at all open for suggestions for process improvements. Rather employees are penalised for suggesting ideas as it hurts the management's ego. Really would not recommend anybody wasting their career by joining the company just because they have a leading name in domestic airlines in India. They are no close to adapting the international airlines work culture and policies....Read More
