Company is very biast about promotion and opportunity like a qouta system in college for Majority catholic to get higher opportunities, company is never flexible or understanding in matters of leaves they say to apply for leave 1 month prior like who makes travel plans 1 month prior, moreover for staff working in night shift they dont even provide transport facility its such a petty thing to take money from our own salary to provide drop or pickup for night shift employees who would believe it's a behaviour of one of the biggest airline of India....Read More

I really like do work in interglobe aviation field because it gives me more knowledge and information about the sector that I'm gng to work it is a very interesting experience job role where we can encourage and enhance ensure our skills and can give us best award role I love meeting new people and helping the passanger I love to do custom service
