Yes having good work environment but staff and management are not that much supportive . There is partiality between staff every time. The people who will work and struggle there efforts will becoming loss because of management partiality.

Dislikes

There will be no support and encouragement from the managers at our station. Staff litrally feel like it's waste of doing hard work at this place.

Work Details

When we consider only work it's very good for my self as I will give my efforts to the company. But I noticed that there will be no preference/importance to the people who are giving efforts for the company.
