I would like to say, It was my first company and a challenging job for beginners. Though it is 10+2 eligible, I worked there for more than 2 and half years. The one and only good thing to work there is to get staff tickets(govt tax applicable). So that one can fly within India.

* No break management, everyone must ask before even going washrooms. * Very less pay. Call volume will always be very high. Work is hectic. * No other benefits apart from salary and Target based incentives. * Poor salary hike. I was joined there for a salary of 10,800 per month. While I relieving my salary was 11, 500(approx) per month. * No fixed weekoff. It will be a rotation.
