For my personal experience I got my promotion on time..shift hours were ok ...but they made us to do OT...and sometimes we dnt even get our OT ..after raising several request... instead of doing good work...gave my 100% without any error...what received in return were nothing.....

Working as a crew member with IndiGo during the initial days was an exciting experience, particularly because of the international layovers. Each layover presented fresh opportunity to explore new cities, indulge in different cuisine and immerse myself in unique cultures.

I would like to express my concern regarding the current work condition for the crew at IndiGo airlines which I feel is not employee friendly . The demanding flight schedule, especially with three long consecutive long duty days, are taking a significant toll on both my physical and mental well-being. The workload is increasingly difficult to manage and lack of support and consideration from management makes it even more challenging. It feels crew members are not given the necessary attention or respect they deserve, which is affecting morale and overall job satisfaction. I believe it’s essential for management to prioritise the well being of the crew as a healthy and supported team is key to the success of the airline. Company is very biast about promotion and opportunity like a qouta system in college for Majority catholic to get higher opportunities, company is never flexible or understanding in matters of leaves they say to apply for leave 1 month prior like who makes travel plans 1 month prior, moreover for staff working in night shift they dont even provide transport facility its such a petty thing to take money from our own salary to provide drop or pickup for night shift employees who would believe it's a behaviour of one of the biggest airline of India....Read More

It's only the staff travel which is good here.

The work culture is really bad. Right from the leadership to the directors to your team mates, everyone is fake. The promotion is done on the basis of your terms with your managers and not on the basis of merit. It's basically a bad culture that they follow.

If you are good in .Net framework then you are good to go. If you are fresher or doesn't have that much experience then it's worst company. . No one will help you . They will work there selves . You have keep on asking . You have to come office and do nothing just sit idle and go daily.
