Indigo traning centre culture is appreciable. they mantain the standard of cabin attendant. experience crew are respected as per there years of flying. training is given as per the requirement .

I was a lead cabin attendant. I was responsible for the mistake of my crew and had to make sure pax deplanes happy no matter which zone were of. my key skill included soft voice , eye contact and on the spot decision making .
