Transparency between management and employee. Everyone gets respected in all the aspect. Be the crew ,management , admin staff, cleaners loaders . no difference in behaviour.

Likes

Had a great time working with indigo airlines got oppurtunity to learn many thing and travel many places. Made many friends from different places and that was great . Salary was also pretty good and everything was ontime performance.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
