Indigo as a company is the best in India. We get to learn a lot, especially ethics. All kinds of celebrations takes place, be it Diwali, Eid, Christmas or Lohri, Indigo represents India and has become the fastest growing company in the country.

Dislikes

This job requires a lot of patience as we are bound to hear abuses and screams from passengers even if there is no fault of ours. If we try to keep our stand then maybe the passenger may be proved wrong but once he writes the feedback, we are screwed. Metro stations are far better than small airports as people in small airports seems to be more interested in personal lives than the professional work. The growth here is very slow (in non metro station) and pay and increment is too low....Read More

The management has gone worse these days. The manager working at Kolkata is idiotic possibly 12th pass. The behavior is too low towards customers. Its seems be idiotic as they throwing up old employees even.
