I totally respect everything and everyone in this organisation but the management and managers are totally opposite in this regard... As they are seniors basically they are the mentors of new comers...But they treat them as a low level ppls....that's all because it hurts a lot 🙏

Totally hectic but I enjoyed my work every day ...I never want to be apart from the indigo but corona just crushed my dreams😢

Indigo takes care of its employees apart from normal days, it had proved in covid crises. Although with no business it paid the employee salaries obviously with some deductions due to crisis but it was more than enough to live normally in lockdown situation. Happy to be part of indigo airlines
