Passion towards my field is the only driving factor. Team mates are supportive

Dislikes

There is nothing better going in indigo other than the fact that we have a job. Work culture has become very poor. There is no work-life balance, major bases have alot manpower shortage, am saying this because i recently got transferred from a main base. Work pressure is directly affecting professional and personal lifes in a bad way. Salary and other benefits are very poor. They are adding and removing allowances without information. Basic salary is kept low as 30% so annual appraisal is low as well. We are not being paid enough for what we do. They have even reduced salary package. Higher ups are least bothered about employs, their life , work pressure or even uniforms or tools required for work. All they want is cut cost nomatter whatever happens in the field. indigo used to be a great company, but since a few years they lost their worth among employs....Read More
