Indigo haven't support in this pandemic situation. We required job at this moment but due to excess staff they removed people. That's seriously terrible. Without job now it's very hard to live.

Dislikes

There is alot of politii and the management doesn't address our issues.

Work Details

Starting of the job it was good. But some people are dominating and came across with a rude behaviour of many staff. I have learned many things from many people.

Overall it’s a good experience to work with number 1 airline in India. Staffs are friendly.

Partiality among the staffs is seen here. No job security

Somedays it seems hectic,the other days you might not have any work to do. Package isn’t worth the work we do.
