It has been 2 years with Indifi where initially i joined as Relationship Manager Sales and within 1 year i got promoted as Senior Relationship Manager. Over here there are good growth opportunities. Decent Incentive Plans and basic facilities are provided.

There is no secure job. When there a process reaped down they directly told the employer you can do resign that is very dislike option if you can have the other position you can move them there. You are saying directly resign that is not a solution. That’s why now I’m suffering no one company giving me the job.

I have been kept in this company as a 3rd party payroll, I was told that after 6 months of performance, you will be kept in the company payroll but till now no one has told me when I will be kept in the company payroll, I have also asked. still no response received

pathetic management and TL's behaviors are terrible no policies for women's late working after 7 pm they are ask women's to increase there work timing no support or appreciation your hard work and achievement's . lot of politics and favoritism if you want to being heard you just have to done slavery and gossiping with your TL or manager otherwise your handwork will 0. In 2019 I started working as an RM in intitial times their is the decent work and achieving decent targets in the team then I moved to Operations team and profile changed from sales to operations and then I learned a lot from my senior and team leader then Covid came and I moved in different teams and worked Work from home after theconditions remains stable I come in topup segment as an RM in sales team again and start working there and slowly learn the process and start achieving and over achieving the targets and after long WFH i came to office in feb 2021 and joined the office and company culture and environmnet is good which helps me to stay motivated and learn more for my growth purpose after some working as an RM In march 23 I promoted to TL and start handling the team in initial phase there is so much complications and challanges but i learned from that and now changes is normal now and achieving the targets....Read More

Overall culture is good in indifi but Indifi needs to improves the salary structure and appraisal amount which happen on yearly basis, rest all things is ok and all people is supportive here and easily approchable.

I had started my career initially in sales in Nov 2019 just before pre Covid and what I felt best about Indifi is job security as maximum company fired their newly joined employees in such a tough time for cost cutting so If you are professional or true to your responsibilities then its a best place in term of Job security. Through IJP I got promoted to backed end ops where I have enhanced my skills and learning about new portfolio and banking as well. In 2022 Nov I went on maternity leaves which was extremely smooth process for me while being a working professional and although there were medical benefits which is provided by the company which is again a great benefit for any employee provided by Indifi. As having a thought in my mind how would I continue my job with having a vast role of mother along with professional responsibilities, so here comes my HR team with a great initiate of day care facility with a renowned brand. I have joined the company 6.5yrs ago, and its been a very beautiful journey at my office place. I feel its my second home the safest place. I have completed 1.4 months at Indifi, and experience here has been really great. The work culture is outstanding, and the staff is very supportive. The company provides job security and also prioritizes employees mental health with the support of the manawellness team.
