Discrimination on the basis of field of qualification, nature of employment .... administration shows no priority to process the official works of researchers, Rude attitude to talk to researchers..Permanent employees are in idle mode and have no fear of Head of the institute as no action is taken against them.. In spite of avoidingtheir duties in office hours, their Annual Appraisal Report is filled with highly adjective words in exaggeration... I have never expected this in such a premier institute... Every scientist and non scientific officers are responsible for all this happenings.. Salaries and TA advance of researchers is never released in time as it is considered as a non prioritized work.... Very sad to write it but it happens actually as I have seen.....Read More
