Not a structured company. No system followed. No HR. No greivance cell for employees. One man show. Employees condition pathetic. Working hours very long. No tiffin break. Employer behavior very bad towards employees. No work culture and ethics. Employers do not pay heed to employees requirement. No growth. Pay structure not at par.Females employees not safe.
